Is THE PEAK App free?
We’re subscription free, and always will be! While your standard data usage applies, there is no charge to download, install, or stream THE PEAK.
How much mobile data does THE PEAK use?
While many apps can be amongst the heaviest data users – streaming audio with THE PEAK is actually quite data efficient! 30MB will get you 90 seconds on Instagram Reels.. Or a full hour of streaming THE PEAK!
Can I stream in my car?
Yes! THE PEAK App is compatible however you connect to your car stereo. Pair wirelessly with Bluetooth, plug in with an aux cable, or use an FM transmitter device. (Yes, you can even use an AUX to cassette tape adapter!). THE PEAK App is also available on Apple CarPlay.
Does THE PEAK App use mobile data when I'm at home or work?
If you’re connected to WiFi, stream away! Listening to THE PEAK won’t count against your mobile data usage while connected to WiFi at home, at work, or other public connections.
Do I need an account to enter contests?
If you’re a PEAK VIP at THEPEAK.fm, you’re already set! If not, it’s free, quick and easy to sign up. Watch THE PEAK App as we’re always working on new giveaways.
How do I skip songs?
Sign in or sign up to be a PEAK VIP under the app settings menu! Once you’re signed in, like a few song so that we have a taste of what music you’re in to. Then when you hit skip, we’ll know what to play.
Not seeing the option to skip songs? Make sure your device and THE PEAK App are both up to date.
