Contest Rules
- THE PEAK’s 1K Band Of The Day contest (hereinafter: the “Contest”) is scheduled to start on Monday, March 3rd, 2025. There is no predetermined end day. The Contest may, without notice, end early or be extended at the contest organizer’s sole decision.
- This Contest is only open to legal residents of British Columbia, Canada and who have reached the age of majority. A contestant under nineteen (19) years of age or older must have a parent or guardian who is at least nineteen (19) years of age or older to claim any prize.
- The contest entry period is every day including weekends and Statutory Holidays in British Columbia.
- The Prize: The weekly prize is $1,000.00 CAD which will come in the form of a cheque.
- For the chance to win, you must listen for The Band Of The Day on 102.7 THE PEAK and when you hear that band play, text in the word “WIN” along with your name and city to 604-280-1027. Your standard message rates apply.
- Every time a listener hears The Band Of The Day and texts in “WIN” is an entry.
- The Band Of The Day will change each day and can be found listed on the corresponding “Contest” page of THE PEAK App. It will not be listed on thepeak.fm.
- One (1) random entrant will be selected every Friday and posted on the corresponding “Contest” page of THE PEAK App.
- Entries are reset each week once the winner has been selected.
- Winners will only be awarded their prize once eligibility is confirmed. Winners will need to claim their prize from the 102.7 THE PEAK Office in Vancouver by appointment only.
- If you win THE PEAK’s 1K Band Of The Day during the Spring 2025 contest period, you are not eligible to win 1K Band Of The Day again during this contest period. However, you will be eligible to win other contests hosted by 102.7 THE PEAK.
- In addition to these Contest rules, Pattison Media’s general Contest Rules also apply.
- All decisions of the Contest Organizers or those of their representatives regarding this Contest are final and binding.
