If you’re a 90’s child you know all too well about the legends of the House Hippo. That campaign was launched to increase youth media literacy and now years later MediaSmarts has dropped The House Hippo 2.o!
The return of the all mighty House Hippo is part of MediaSmarts’ Break The Fake campaign, which focuses on “Fake News.” It’s all apart of Media Literacy Week which runs from October 7 to 11.
