HeadsUpGuys is a UBC initiative founded by Dr. John Ogrodniczuk, a Professor of Psychiatry, and informed by cutting edge research designed to support men who are fighting depression by providing tips, tools, information about professional services, and stories of success. So far, HeadsUpGuys, a free online resource, has helped more than half a million men from Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, and elsewhere get the help they need to start traveling the road to recovery.
