With your help, Amplify Vancouver is showcasing Local businesses all over the Lower Mainland who are amping up their neighbourhood!

Enhanced Performance is a gym and rehab studio which has been serving East Van for over 7 years. Their focus is on small group strength training and specialized personal training. They have helped the community by making their training accessible to everyone and mandating that their space is inclusive with their motto “Strength is for Everyone”.

They have provided year-round training to Colour the Trails Mountain Bike Race Team which advocates for inclusive representation in outdoor spaces. They have also donated to The Friendship Center (Hasting), the Vancouver Food Bank, the Ancient Forest Alliance, and Ukraine Emergency Relief Efforts.
